Return Policy

At BigPaw Supply, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns (Within 21 Days)

You have 21 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet one of the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • The item is damaged or faulty upon arrival.

We cover the cost of return shipping. Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a prepaid return label.

Store Credit (Days 22 to 30)

If you are past the 21-day return window but within 30 days of delivery, we are happy to offer store credit for the value of your item, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us within 21 days of delivery. We will arrange the exchange at no additional shipping cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used or are not in their original packaging.
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return
